These Stainless Steel 321 Seamless Pipes are the basic austenitic 18 / 8 steel stabilized by Titanium or Niobium additions. Stainless Steel 321 Welded Pipes is a stabilized stainless steel which offers as its main advantage an excellent resistance to inter - granular corrosion following exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 Degree F to 1500 Degree F (427 Degree C to 816 Degree C).
Stainless Steel 321 EFW Pipes is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel similar to Type 304 but with a titanium addition of at least five times the carbon content. Titanium addition in Stainless Steel 321 ERW Pipes is made to reduce or eliminate chromium carbide precipitation - resulting from welding or exposure to high temperatures.
Stainless Steel 321 Round Pipes (UNS S32100) is titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel with good general corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel 321 Square Pipes is a heat resistant, titanium stabilized, austenitic alloy that's commonly used for service in the 1000 Degree F – 1600 Degree F temperature range.
Stainless Steel 321 Rectangular Pipes is readily welded by all common methods including submerged arc. Its resistance to sensitization, coupled with its higher strength at high temperature makes it suitable in application where Stainless Steel 321 Electropolish Pipes will become sensitized, or has insufficient hot strength.
