Nickel Alloy Strips from ACE ALLOYS offers higher creep and stress rupture properties and, particularly might also be considered for exposures where sensitization and inter - granular corrosion are concerns. It is a columbium / tantalum stabilized austenitic chromium - nickel Nickel Alloy which was developed to provide an 18 - 8 type alloy with improved inter – granular – corrosion resistance.

Nickel Alloy Sheets from ACE ALLOYS has a slightly improved corrosion resistance over other alloys of Nickel Alloy in strongly oxidizing environments as a result of the addition of columbium (niobium) and tantalum. It is the higher carbon version of the alloy, where in most instances; carbon content of it enables dual certification.

Nickel Alloy Plates from ACE ALLOYS was developed for enhanced creep resistance and for higher strength at temperatures above 1000 Degree F (537 Degree C). It does not perform well in chloride solutions, even in small concentrations, or in sulphuric acid, which further cannot be hardened by heat treatment and performed only by cold working. ACE ALLOYS also offer these Nickel Alloy Coils in different sizes, shapes and designs as per customers’ specifications at affordable rates.
